Refund Policy

At Skincare Nabira, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used skincare and makeup products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at skincarenabira@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
